You can start with a theme and use the visual editor to change layouts, colors, content and typography. Add your products and configure how you want to sell. Add products one by one or import them from a spreadsheet (CSV or Excel), and set up payments and shipping from your admin with step-by-step guides. CartWhizz AI can draft product descriptions for you. If you do want to change code, store owners and admins can add their own scripts and styles.

Your store goes live straight away on a free yourstore.cartwhizz.com address, and you can point a domain you own to it at any time; CartWhizz issues the security certificate for it. Your logo, colours, fonts, menus and pages are yours to set.

Yes. CartWhizz includes vendor onboarding, product review, commission and order workflows so independent sellers can operate within your marketplace. Each vendor gets their own workspace, on the web and in the Vendor app, to manage their products, prepare their orders and review earnings and settlement records. You approve sellers and their products, set the commission rules and see every order across the marketplace, while shoppers get one branded shopping experience.

Pick one monthly plan. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial and charges 0% commission up to its monthly sales limit; above it you pay commission only on the extra sales. Current prices, limits and add-on terms are on the live pricing page before you create a store. Plan prices are before GST, and every CartWhizz charge comes with a GST invoice. Payment gateway and courier charges are billed by those providers, not by CartWhizz. Optional apps have their own monthly price and setup charge.

The customer, POS, vendor, inventory and delivery experiences connect to the same commerce platform. App availability and any add-on charges depend on the configuration and plan you choose. A sale at your shop counter on the POS updates the same stock your website sells from, inventory changes show everywhere at once, and delivery staff see the orders assigned to them.
