Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers payments to Ecarter Technologies Private Limited ("CartWhizz") for CartWhizz plans, apps and fees. Purchases that shoppers make from a CartWhizz store are covered by that store's own refund policy.

What you are buying

CartWhizz is software delivered online. Your plan starts as soon as your payment succeeds, and nothing physical is shipped.

Cancelling

• Monthly plans: cancel at any time from your admin (Billing) or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for. Your store keeps working until then, and you will not be charged again.
• Yearly plans: a yearly plan runs for the full year you paid for. You can cancel, or change plan or billing period, in the last month of your paid year, and the change takes effect when the year ends.
• Apps and add-ons: cancel at any time, and they stay active until the end of the current period.
• Charges already incurred, such as sales commission or usage for the current period, are still billed.

Refunds

• We do not refund a billing period that has already started, including partly used months or years, or one-time setup fees for setup that has been done.
• Duplicate or wrong charges: if you were charged twice, or charged in error, we refund the extra amount in full to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we confirm it. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
• If we close your store without you breaking our Terms, we refund the unused part of your current paid period.
• We issue a GST credit note for every refund, and it is shown in your billing history.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account, with your invoice number and the reason. We reply within 2 business days.
