The fine print
- Amounts on this page exclude unless a plan states otherwise.
- Commission is calculated on the merchandise value of completed orders. Cancelled and refunded orders are not counted.
- A commission ceiling applies to one month at a time. Headroom you do not use does not carry into the next month.
- Setup is charged once, when the store is created. It is not a recurring fee and it is not charged again per order.
- A monthly figure shown on a yearly plan is the yearly price divided by twelve; the yearly price is what is invoiced.
- First-year totals assume twelve months on the same plan at the level of sales you set, and include any one-time setup fee.
- The limits and features published above are the ones the platform enforces on your store.
