Buy Now (Express Checkout)

What it does. Adds a Buy Now button to the product page that takes the shopper straight to checkout with just that product, skipping the cart.

Who can use it

• Off until you switch it on.
• Your plan decides whether you can use it. The module card in Settings → Modules shows Not in your plan (with See plans) or Paid add-on (with Buy add-on) when it is not included. The features list shows which plans include it.

Switch it on

1. In your admin, open Settings → Modules.
2. Find Buy Now (Express Checkout). If it is on the Installed tab, click Enable; if not, open the Browse tab and click Install.
3. Click Configure to change any setting below (the defaults work for most stores).

Switching it off later stops it working but keeps its data, so switching it back on picks up where you left off.

Settings

• Button Label — Storefront label for the express-checkout button on the product page. Default: Buy now.
• Replace Add-to-Cart — When ON, the product page shows only the Buy Now button. When OFF (default), Buy Now appears alongside the normal Add-to-Cart button. Default: off.
• Skip Cart Page — When ON, Buy Now jumps straight to checkout. When OFF, it lands on the cart with just the selected item. Default: on.
