Quick start
What it does. CartWhizz AI: a shopping assistant on your store that answers product questions with real product cards, tracks orders, explains your policies and hands over to a person; an assistant for you in the admin that answers questions about your store and makes changes when you confirm; and product description writing in the product editor.
Who can use it
- Every store, on every plan. It is on for you already; only CartWhizz support can switch it off for a store.

Settings
- Max messages per device per window — Abuse brake on the public assistant: how many messages one browser may send per window. Default: 20.
- Max messages per IP per window — Second brake, so a script rotating device ids cannot bypass the per-device limit. Default: 60.
- Rate limit window (minutes) Default: 5.
