Read your dashboard

The Dashboard is the first page after you sign in to your admin. It shows sales, customers and store health for the period you choose.

Choose the period

Pick Today, Yesterday, This month, Last month, This year or Custom dates at the top. Most figures compare with the Previous period, so you can see whether things are going up or down. The page refreshes by itself every 60 seconds; Refresh updates it now, and Last updated shows when it last did.

What you see

• Revenue, Total Orders, Avg Order Value and Pending Orders.
• Active Customers, New Customers, Monthly Growth, Repurchase Rate, Avg LTV and Time Between Orders.
• Sales trend — switch the chart between Revenue and Orders.
• Orders by Status, Revenue by Category, Sales by Day of Week and a Sales Heatmap (busy hours).
• Top Products, Top Customers and Sales by Customer.
• RFM Segments — customers grouped by how recently, how often and how much they buy.
• Recent Orders and Recent Activity, with View All links.
• Needs attention and Low Stock Alerts — things to deal with today.
• Theme & Layout and System Status — a quick health check of your store.

Export

Export CSV and Export PDF download the figures for the chosen period. For deeper reports, open Reports; see Analytics.
