Troubleshooting

No Compare button on my store. Check the module is enabled. Some themes show it only on product cards or only on the product page; look in both places.

The table shows only price and rating. The compared products have no features. Fill them in on each product.

Every row is highlighted as different. Feature values are written differently (1 year vs 12 months, 750 W vs 750W). Make them consistent.

"Maximum 4 products for comparison". The shopper has 4 already. They remove one first.

A shared link says "Comparison not found". The shopper cleared or replaced that list. Ask them to share again.
