Advanced Wishlist has no admin screen. You can switch it on or off in Settings → Modules, and that's all.

You cannot see a customer's lists — they are private to the customer. There is no report of popular list names or most-saved products in lists yet.

To see which products shoppers save most, switch on the Engagement Analytics module, which counts wishlist saves per product.
