Troubleshooting

Shoppers don't see tabs.

• Is Advanced Wishlist switched on in Settings → Modules?
• Is the shopper signed in? Tabs are only for signed-in customers.
• Ask them to refresh the Wishlist page.

There is no heart button on products.

That's the basic wishlist, not this module. Contact CartWhizz support if the wishlist has been switched off for your store.

A shopper can't delete a tab.

The General tab can't be deleted. They can rename it instead.

"Could not create tab".

The name may be empty or already used by another of their tabs. Try a different name.

A shared link shows more than one list.

Sharing always shows the whole wishlist; single-tab sharing isn't available.
