Quick start
What it does. Connects your EasyPost account for live rates, labels and tracking from USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL and many other carriers.
Who can use it
- Off until you switch it on.
- Your plan decides whether you can use it. The module card in Settings → Modules shows Not in your plan (with See plans) or Paid add-on (with Buy add-on) when it is not included. The features list shows which plans include it.
Switch it on
- In your admin, open Settings → Modules.
- Find EasyPost Shipping. If it is on the Installed tab, click Enable; if not, open the Browse tab and click Install.
- Click Configure, fill in API Key, and save.
Switching it off later stops it working but keeps its data, so switching it back on picks up where you left off.
Settings
- API Key — EasyPost API key (production or test). Test keys start with EZTK, production with EZAK. Stored encrypted; after saving it shows as hidden. Required.
- API base URL — Override only for staging proxies. Default: https://api.easypost.com/v2.
- Default Carrier Accounts — Comma-separated EasyPost carrier account IDs to restrict quotes to specific carriers. Empty = all enabled carriers.
