Quick start
What it does. Shoppers pick a delivery date and time slot at checkout. You set slots for each shipping method and weekday, with how many orders each can take; holidays and working days come from your Delivery Window settings.
Who can use it
- Off until you switch it on.
- Your plan decides whether you can use it. The module card in Settings → Modules shows Not in your plan (with See plans) or Paid add-on (with Buy add-on) when it is not included. The features list shows which plans include it.
Switch it on
- In your admin, open Settings → Modules.
- Find Delivery Scheduling. If it is on the Installed tab, click Enable; if not, open the Browse tab and click Install.
- Click Configure to change any setting below (the defaults work for most stores).
Switching it off later stops it working but keeps its data, so switching it back on picks up where you left off.
Where to find it
- Logistics → Delivery Window
- Logistics → Delivery Scheduling
Settings
- Days bookable ahead — How many days ahead a shopper can book (1-60). Default: 14.
- Require a delivery slot — When on, a shipping method that has slots cannot be ordered at checkout without choosing one. The mobile app, API, admin and POS orders are never blocked. Default: on.
