The RTO report

Open Sales → COD confirmations → RTO report.

For the shipments booked with a connected courier in the dates you choose, the report shows how many were delivered, how many came back (returned to origin) and how many are still in transit. It shows them by pincode, carrier, payment method or product, most returns first.

The RTO rate is returned out of finished shipments (delivered or returned), so parcels still on the way don't lower it. Rates of 30% or more are shown in red. All shipments at the bottom counts each parcel once, even when it holds several products.

Use it to choose your risk rules: a pincode with a high rate is a candidate for Pincodes to call or a Pincode return rate; a carrier with a high rate might deliver better on a different service.
