Disable and re-enroll

Turn your own 2FA off

1. Open your Security page (admin: Security → Two-Factor; storefront: My account → Security; vendor panel: Security → 2FA).
2. Choose to disable 2FA.
3. Enter a current code from your app (or a backup code) to confirm.

If your group is set to Required, you'll be asked to set it up again at your next sign-in.

New phone

1. Sign in on the old phone's code (or a backup code).
2. Disable 2FA.
3. Set it up again with the new phone. You get new backup codes; the old ones stop working.

Lost phone

Sign in with a backup code, then disable and re-enroll. Without backup codes, contact CartWhizz support.
