What is Velocity?

Velocity is an Indian shipping aggregator: one Velocity account gives you Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, Xpressbees, Ekart, Amazon and other couriers. Connect your own Velocity account and CartWhizz can:

• show live Velocity courier prices and delivery times at checkout, including the cash-on-delivery fee when the shopper picks COD,
• book a courier from the order page, or automatically when an order is paid,
• keep the shopper's tracking timeline up to date,
• cancel a shipment before the courier picks it up.

Find it at Logistics → Velocity. It has two tabs: Settings and Shipping Queue. Your API key and pickup address are on Logistics → Carrier Accounts.

Good to know

• Free. Velocity is not a paid add-on in CartWhizz. Courier charges are between you and Velocity.
• There is no test account. A real booking or cancellation spends money on your Velocity account. CartWhizz starts every Velocity connection in dry-run mode, so pressing Ship sends nothing to Velocity until you switch dry-run off.
• India only. Velocity delivers to Indian pincodes only.
• Not in this version yet: failed deliveries (NDR), returns, COD remittance and the Velocity wallet. Handle those in the Velocity dashboard for now.
