Edge cases and gotchas

• Existing vendors aren't re-checked when you switch the module on.
• Switching it off makes new sign-ups active straight away. Pending applications stay pending until you decide.
• The store setting "review vendors before access" (if you used it before) also makes new vendors wait; either one is enough.
• No email arrives? Check your store has an orders or users email set, and look in spam.
