What is Vendor Referrals?

Vendor Referrals lets your existing sellers invite new sellers to your marketplace and earn a commission on the new seller's sales for a set number of months.

  • You: Vendors → Referrals — a Referrals tab (every referral and its earnings) and a Configuration tab (the programme rules).
  • Vendors: Referrals in the vendor panel — their referral code, a share link, their referrals and earnings.

How it works

  1. A seller copies their share link (or code) from Referrals in their panel.
  2. A new seller opens the link and registers. The code is remembered for 30 days, so it still counts if they register later from the same browser.
  3. A referral is created for the inviting seller. With Auto-approve on it's active straight away; otherwise it starts Pending and becomes Active when you approve the new seller.
  4. Each time one of the new seller's orders is completed, the inviting seller earns the commission (a % of the order or a fixed amount), for the Commission duration you set.
  5. Earnings stay Pending until the new seller's completed sales reach Min referred vendor sales for payout; then they all become Approved.

Rules: one code works for any number of new sellers, a seller can be referred only once, and nobody can use their own code (same account or same email).

Paying referrers: earnings are recorded and shown, but they are not added to the referrer's balance or payouts automatically. Pay approved earnings yourself.
