Vendor admins: who signs in for a seller
A vendor admin is a person who signs in to a seller's panel. Each vendor gets one with their owner account; they can have more.
See all vendor admins
Open Vendors → Vendor Admins. It lists every vendor login across your marketplace.
Add someone to a vendor
- Open the vendor, then their Administrators page (the team page).
- Add the person and choose what they can do.
Or, from Vendor Admins, click New User, set User Type to Vendor and use Select Vendor to choose the seller they belong to.
Remove someone
Open their account and deactivate or delete it. Also revoke their sessions so they're signed out at once.
Vendor admins only ever see their own seller's products, orders and payouts, never your whole store.
