I don't see a Vendors menu. Your store isn't a marketplace. The Marketplace app must be on your plan; see the features list.

A vendor can't add products. Check that they're approved (not pending or suspended) and haven't reached their plan's Product Limit.

How do I change a vendor's commission? Edit the vendor and change Commission Rate (%). For rules by category or plan, see Commissions.

Can a vendor see other vendors' orders? No. Each seller panel only shows that vendor's own products, orders and payouts.
