Quick start
What it does. Works out your marketplace commission on each sale, by seller, category or product, and holds sellers' earnings until returns are safe.
Who can use it
- Off until you switch it on.
- Marketplace stores only (stores with sellers). A single-brand store does not see it.
- Your plan decides whether you can use it. The module card in Settings → Modules shows Not in your plan (with See plans) or Paid add-on (with Buy add-on) when it is not included. The features list shows which plans include it.
Switch it on
- In your admin, open Settings → Modules.
- Find Commissions. If it is on the Installed tab, click Enable; if not, open the Browse tab and click Install.
- Click Configure to change any setting below (the defaults work for most stores).
Switching it off later stops it working but keeps its data, so switching it back on picks up where you left off.

Settings
- Payout hold (days) — Days after an order is completed (delivered) before the vendor's earnings from it become payable. Set it to at least your return window so a refunded item is clawed back before it is paid out. 0 makes earnings payable as soon as the order is completed. Default: 14.
