- No rule = no commission. Sellers keep 100% until you add a rule.
- Rules apply per item, not per order. Min/Max Order Value compare with each item line's value.
- Category rules may be ignored unless category fees are switched on for your store.
- IDs, not names. The Vendor ID and Category ID boxes need the long ID from the address bar.
- Rule changes aren't backdated. Past entries keep their commission.
- Fixed fee per item is capped at the item's value.
- Plan commissions (rates on seller plans) aren't recorded at the moment.
- Payout requests page isn't in the admin menu; open
/admin/payouts.
- Hold too short — if you pay before a return arrives, the seller ends up owing you.
