Payout requests + plan commissions
Payout requests from sellers
In their seller panel (Commissions → Request payout), a seller can ask to be paid an amount up to their available balance.
You handle requests on the Payout requests page. It isn't in the admin menu yet — open it at yourstore admin address /admin/payouts. For each request you can:
- Approve or Reject it (with a note for the seller),
- mark an approved request Process while you send the money,
- mark it Complete with the bank transfer reference.
Most stores pay sellers on a schedule instead, through Vendors → Vendor finances → Vendor Payouts and Payout Batches.
Plan commissions
Seller plans (Vendors → Vendor Plans) can have their own commission rate. Known problem: plan-based commissions are currently not recorded, and plan rates do not change the commission in the ledger — only your Commission Rules do. If you rely on plan rates, add matching commission rules per seller for now.
