Connect PayU

1. In your PayU dashboard, find your Merchant Key and Salt (usually under Developers or Integration details). Copy both.
2. In your CartWhizz admin, open Finance → Payments and click New.
3. Choose Gateway, then pick PayU as the provider.
4. Give the method the name customers will see at checkout, for example Pay online (UPI, cards, net banking).
5. Paste the Merchant Key and the Salt.
6. Set Environment to Test (sandbox) for your first try (see Test, then go live).
7. Copy the Webhook URL shown on the form into your PayU dashboard's webhook (server-to-server notification) setting. This makes a payment settle even if the customer closes the page before coming back to your store.
8. Save. The method is offered at checkout as soon as it is active.

Limit when it shows. With Payment Restrictions on, the method's Restrictions tab can show PayU only above or below an order total, for some states or with some shipping methods.

Keep your Salt private. It signs every payment, so share it with no one. If it ever leaks, generate a new one in PayU and paste it here.
