Automatic stickers and dates

Open a sticker and go to the Rules & schedule tab.

How products get the sticker

  • Manual: only the products you pick on the Products tab.
  • Automatic: every product that matches your conditions. A product gets the sticker when it starts matching and loses it when it stops.
  • Automatic + manual: the conditions add products, and you can pick extra ones by hand.

Products you pick by hand always keep the sticker, even if they don't match. Products you remove from an automatic sticker are marked Excluded, and the conditions won't add them back. Use the undo arrow next to an excluded product to allow it again.

Conditions

Choose whether a product must match all conditions or any condition, then add as many as you need:

ConditionMatches products that…
On salehave a list price above their price, by at least the discount % you set (for example 20%)
In categoryare in the chosen categories, and their subcategories if Include subcategories is ticked
Pricecost between the two amounts in ₹ (leave one empty for "from" or "up to")
Stockare in stock, out of stock, or low (that many units or fewer)
New arrivalwere added in the last N days
Bestsellersold at least N units on completed orders in the last N days
Ratinghave an average rating of at least N with at least N reviews
Brandhave one of the brand names you type, separated by commas
Tagcarry one of the tags you type, separated by commas
Sellerare sold by the chosen seller (marketplace stores)

Only live products count: drafts, hidden and deleted products never get an automatic sticker.

As you build the conditions, the tab shows Matches N products right now and a few of them, so you can check before saving.

When it updates

  • When you save the sticker, its products update straight away.
  • When a product is saved, its automatic stickers update at once.
  • Every hour, all automatic stickers run again (this catches stock sold through orders, and the moving bestseller and new-arrival windows).
  • Auto-assign now runs it immediately and tells you how many products were added and removed.

Show only between two dates

Set From and Until to show a sticker only during an offer, for example a Diwali badge from 20 October to 2 November. Leave both empty to show it all the time. Outside its dates the sticker stays attached but shoppers don't see it.
