Troubleshooting + FAQ

My sticker doesn't show.

• Check its Status is Active.
• Check it is attached to that product (Products tab).
• Check the right places are ticked on the Display tab.
• Check the module is enabled.

It shows on desktop but looks cut off on mobile. Add a short Mobile label.

It covers the discount badge or wishlist icon. Move it to another corner.

Can stickers appear automatically on new or sale products? No. Attach them by hand.

Can a sticker end on a date? No. Set it to Disabled when the offer ends.

Can I attach a sticker to a whole category? No, product by product on the sticker's Products tab.

The Image style shows nothing. The Image URL is empty or wrong. Upload the picture to the media library, copy its link and paste it.

Can sellers add stickers? No, stickers are managed by you.
