Getting started

1. Open Settings → Settings and click the Security tab.
2. In the reCAPTCHA v3 card, switch on Enable reCAPTCHA on this store.
3. Leave Minimum Score at 0.5 (Google's recommended starting point).
4. Click Save.
5. Test straight away in a private (incognito) window:
   • log in as a customer;
   • register a new test account;
   • request a password reset with Forgot password.
6. If any of these fails with a message such as reCAPTCHA token is required or verification failed, switch reCAPTCHA off again and contact CartWhizz support. Customers being unable to log in costs more than a few bot sign-ups.

You'll see a small "protected by reCAPTCHA" badge from Google on pages where it runs.
