Troubleshooting

Customers can't reset their password. Expected while reCAPTCHA is on (the reset page doesn't send the check yet). Switch reCAPTCHA off.

Customers can't log in or register: "reCAPTCHA token is required". The store page didn't load reCAPTCHA. Switch reCAPTCHA off and contact CartWhizz support.

"Verification failed" for some real customers. Lower Minimum Score to 0.3. Ask the customer to turn off VPNs or script blockers and try again.

Still getting fake sign-ups. Raise Minimum Score a little, and add OTP Verification at signup.

No reCAPTCHA badge on my store. reCAPTCHA isn't running on that page. Check the switch is on and saved.
