Pages: About, Contact and policies

Open My store → Pages. Pages are for content that doesn't change often: About us, Contact, FAQ and your policies.

1. Click New Page (or open an existing one).
2. Title and Slug (its web address, for example about-us).
3. Content — write it in the editor: headings, text, images and links.
4. SEO — Meta Title and Meta Description for search engines.
5. Status: Published or Hidden.
6. Click Create Page / Save Changes.

Policy pages you need

Payment gateways, Google and the CartWhizz AI shopping assistant expect these. Publish them before you open the store:

• Privacy policy
• Terms and conditions
• Returns / refund policy
• Shipping policy
• Contact us (with your business address, email and phone)

Then link them in your footer menu (My store → Navigation).
