What is Vendor Visibility?

Vendor Visibility lets you hide a marketplace seller's products from your storefront, either from everyone or from everyone except chosen customer groups.

Find it at Vendors → Vendor Visibility. Each vendor has a Hidden / Visible switch and an Allowed Usergroups list.

  • Hidden, no groups chosen — the vendor disappears from your storefront for all shoppers.
  • Hidden, with groups chosen — only signed-in shoppers in those groups (for example Wholesale) see the vendor.
  • Visible — everyone sees them. Allowed groups make no difference while a vendor is visible.

What "hidden" covers

For shoppers who can't see the vendor, hiding applies everywhere on the storefront:

  • category pages, collections and other product listings,
  • the search box and search results,
  • the vendor's products opened from a direct or shared link (they show "not found"),
  • the vendor's own shop page and the vendors list,
  • your sitemap, so search engines stop listing them.

Hiding doesn't touch the vendor's panel, orders already placed, or payouts.
