Cancel your subscription

1. Open Finance → Billing & Plans and click Cancel plan.
2. The dialog shows what happens: the date your subscription ends, any limits and apps that change, and any open invoices that stay due.
3. Optionally give a reason, then click Cancel at period end.

Your store keeps its plan, and everything keeps working, until the end of the period. After that nothing more is charged. Your products, orders and customers stay.

Changed your mind? Click Keep my subscription any time before the end date.
