Change your plan or billing period

Compare plans on the Plans tab (or the pricing page).

Switch plan

1. Open Plans and click Change plan (or Switch to … on the plan you want).
2. Choose When:
   • Now — the unused days of this period's fee are credited, and the new fee is charged for the days left, on your next invoice.
   • At the end of this period — the new plan starts on the date shown.
3. Optionally add a Reason, then confirm.

A scheduled change shows Starts with its date. Until then you can keep your current plan.

Monthly or annual

Switch to annual billing or Switch to monthly billing changes the billing period. The new period starts when the current one ends.

Some plans are Priced on request; contact CartWhizz to switch to one.

Plan History records every change, with the date, who made it and the reason.
