Open Finance → Billing & Plans → Invoices & payments.

Invoices

Invoice History lists every invoice CartWhizz has issued to your store, with its Invoice #, Amount, Issued At, Due Date and Status.

• Open shows the invoice lines, tax and total. View / print and Download PDF give you a copy for your accounts.
• Pay this invoice (or Pay now) pays an unpaid invoice online.
• If your plan charges a commission on sales, the invoice includes Orders behind this commission: each order, its merchandise value and the commission.

Payments

Payments lists every payment and attempt (Paid, Failed or Processing). Open a Receipt to print it. A refund shows its status, for example Refunded with the date and bank reference.

Payment method

On Payment method:

• With a saved method, each invoice is charged automatically when it's issued (autopay). Remove stops autopay; invoices are then emailed with a pay link instead.
• Without one, each invoice is emailed with a Pay link.
