Getting started
1. Copy your API token
In Delhivery One open Settings → API Setup and copy the API token. A staging (test) token and a live token are different.
2. Enter it in CartWhizz
- Open Logistics → Carrier Accounts and find Delhivery.
- Paste the token into API Token. It is stored encrypted and never shown again.
- Enter the Pickup location name exactly as it is registered in Delhivery (capital letters matter) and your Pickup Pincode.
- Optional: Default service (Surface or Express), Seller GSTIN, Daily pickup time, and the pickup address.
- Turn Sandbox on for a staging token, off for a live token.
- Turn on Enabled, press Save, then Test.
Never paste the token into a chat, including CartWhizz AI. If you did, create a new token in Delhivery One.
3. Show Delhivery prices at checkout
Open Logistics → Shipping, create or edit a shipping method, choose carrier Delhivery and rate calculation Realtime (Carrier API). Or ask CartWhizz AI: "set up Delhivery shipping".
4. Switch on real bookings
Open Logistics → Delhivery and switch on Book real couriers when you are ready. Until then Ship, Cancel and pickups are a dry run.
