Ship, label, pickup, track and cancel

Book a courier

On the order page press Ship with Delhivery, pick Surface or Express, and confirm. Orders of ₹50,000 or more need an E-way bill number. You can also ship many orders at once from Logistics → Delhivery → Shipping Queue, or switch on auto-ship so paid orders are booked by themselves.

Label and pickup

After booking, Download label on the order card gives the label PDF. When a Daily pickup time is saved, a pickup is requested after each booking.

Track

The order page and the shopper's tracking page show each scan. CartWhizz checks Delhivery every 15 minutes, and straight away when the scan push (webhook) is set up.

Cancel

Press Cancel on the order card before the courier picks the parcel up. After pickup Delhivery refuses and shows why.

Update details

Before pickup, Send updated details re-sends the order's current name, address, phone and parcel size.
