What is Delhivery shipping?
Connect your own Delhivery B2C account and CartWhizz can:
- show live Delhivery Surface (cheaper) and Express (faster) prices at checkout, with the cash-on-delivery fee when the shopper picks COD,
- book a Delhivery courier from the order page, from the shipping queue, or automatically when an order is paid,
- get the shipping label and request the courier pickup,
- keep the shopper's tracking timeline up to date,
- cancel a booking before pickup,
- act on failed deliveries (try again, new phone or address, deliver later),
- book a return pickup from the customer.
Find it at Logistics → Delhivery. Your API token and pickup details are on Logistics → Carrier Accounts.
Good to know
- Free. Delhivery is not a paid add-on in CartWhizz. Courier charges are between you and Delhivery.
- Dry-run first. Every Delhivery connection starts with Book real couriers switched off, so nothing reaches Delhivery until you switch it on under Logistics → Delhivery.
- India only.
- CartWhizz AI can do it for you. Ask "ship order 1001 with Delhivery", "where is order 1001" or "customer was not home, try again". It shows a card, and nothing happens until you press Confirm. It never asks for your token: that goes only into the secure Carrier Accounts form.
