Is wallet credit a discount? No. It is a payment, like a gift card. Your sales and tax are calculated on the full order price.

Does wallet credit expire? Not on its own. Remove credit by hand with Add Debit if you need to.

A customer topped up but the balance did not change. The payment was not confirmed yet, or it failed. Check the customer's history for Awaiting confirmation, and the payment in your gateway's dashboard.

Can customers send credit to each other? No.

Can I switch the wallet off? Yes. Balances are kept, so switching it back on restores them.
