Managing balances

Open Finance → Wallet.

• Find a customer by name or email to see their balance and full transaction history.
• Add Credit / Add Debit adjusts a balance by hand. Always write a reason in Description — it appears in the customer's history.
• Freeze stops a wallet from being used or changed (for example while you look into a problem). The customer sees that their wallet is frozen and is asked to contact you. Unfreeze reverses it.
• The page totals show active wallets, credit issued and debits.
