Delivery areas and fees
Each area belongs to one outlet. Open Shipping → Hyperlocal Delivery → Delivery areas → Add area.
Area type
- List of pincodes: paste the pincodes you serve, separated by commas or new lines. Best when your delivery zone follows neighbourhoods.
- Distance from the outlet: a radius in km from the outlet's pin. The distance is measured to the centre of the shopper's pincode.
Pricing

| Free delivery from | From this cart total, delivery is free. 0 means never free. |
| Delivery time | Free text shown to shoppers, such as "60–90 min" or "Same day". |
Which area wins? Areas are checked in order of Position, lowest first, and the first match decides the fee and delivery time. Put your closest, cheapest area first: for example a pincode list for your neighbourhood at position 0, then a 10 km radius at position 1.
Example: a florist with one outlet:
- Nearby — pincodes 560038, 560008, 560071 — fee 30, delivery time "60 min", position 0.
- Within 8 km — radius 8 km — fee 40 plus 5 per km, minimum order 499, free from 1,499, delivery time "Same day", position 1.
Switch an area off with Active to pause it without deleting it.
