Verification flows

Passwordless login On your store's login page the customer chooses to log in with a code, enters their email (or phone, if SMS is ready), receives a code and types it in.

Verify at signup On the registration form, before the account is created, the customer gets a code on the email, phone or both (whatever you chose) and enters it. Without the right code, registration does not go through. One verified phone number can register one account.

Verify before checkout With Require verification before checkout ticked, the shopper must confirm their email or phone with a code before the Place order step works. It applies to guests and logged-in customers.

Verify on change When a customer changes their email or phone on My account → Profile, a code goes to the new value and the change is saved only after they enter it. The same applies to sellers changing contact details in their seller profile.

Turning a flow off. Switching off a flow's Enabled stops it sending codes, even while the module stays on.
