Codes must be unique. Two partners can't share a code.
Deleting a tier in use. Move its partners to another tier first.
Deleting a partner is refused if they have recorded sales. Set them to Inactive instead.
Units in the tier form. Commission is in basis points (5% = 500) and the threshold in paise (₹1 = 100). Mistakes here are the most common problem.
No automatic downgrades. A partner stays in their tier until you change it.
Refunds. Because sales are not tracked automatically, refunded or cancelled orders are not taken off anything. Leave them out when you calculate commission yourself.
TDS and GST. Commission payments may need TDS or GST invoices from the partner. CartWhizz does not handle this; check with your accountant.
