What is Partner Management?

Partner Management keeps a list of your partners, such as affiliates, influencers, resellers or agencies who send you customers, and groups them into tiers (for example Silver, Gold, Platinum) with a commission rate for each tier.

What works today

• A partner directory: name, unique partner code, email, phone, website, notes, tier and active/inactive status.

• Tiers with a commission rate, a sales target to reach the tier, and a list of perks.

• A partner detail panel showing total sales, total commission, sales history and progress to the next tier.

• Check Tier Upgrade, which moves a partner up when their recorded sales reach the next tier's target.

• Partner links. Give each partner a link to your store with their code, like https://yourstore.com/?partner=BLOG10. A shopper who arrives through it is remembered for 30 days; their next order is credited to that partner, and the sale and commission are recorded when the order is completed.

What does not work yet

• No partner login. Partners cannot sign in to see their own sales.
• No payouts. CartWhizz does not pay partners; you pay them yourself.

Partners here are not marketplace sellers. Sellers are managed in Vendors.
