Troubleshooting

Total Sales and Commission are always zero. Expected: sales are not linked to partners automatically yet. Track partners with coupon codes (see Tracking sales).

"Benefits must be valid JSON." Use exactly {"perks": ["Perk one", "Perk two"]} with straight double quotes, or leave the box empty.

The tier shows ₹1,000 instead of ₹1,00,000. The threshold is in paise. Multiply rupees by 100: ₹1,00,000 = 10000000.

The commission shows 0.05% instead of 5%. The rate is in basis points. 5% = 500.

"No tier upgrade available at this time." The partner's recorded sales haven't reached the next tier's threshold. Move them yourself with Edit if you track sales outside CartWhizz.

Can't create a partner. The code is already used by another partner, or the name is empty.
