FAQ and troubleshooting

My payment method doesn't show at checkout. Check it is Active, its Restrictions allow this order (total, state, customer group, shipping method), and, for gateways, that the keys are saved. A gateway without keys shows "Not shown at checkout: add this gateway's API keys."

The shopper paid but the order is still Pending. Check the Webhook URL is added in your gateway's dashboard. Without it, an order only updates if the shopper returns to your store after paying. If the money arrived, use Mark as Paid.

Test payments work, live ones fail. Make sure you switched to Live (production) and pasted your live keys, and that your gateway account is fully approved.

Can I charge a fee for cash on delivery? With PayU Quick Checkout you can set a COD fee. For your normal checkout, use a shipping method surcharge or include it in your prices.
