Blog settings (My store → Content → Blog → Blog settings)

Post fields
Post Title, Slug, Excerpt, Body, Status (Draft / Published), Publish on, Author, Category, Tags, Featured Image and its description, Shop this post (up to 8 products), Meta Title, Meta Description, Social share image, Canonical URL, Hide from search engines.
Module
Switch the whole blog on or off in Settings → Modules → Blog. When it's off, blog pages are hidden from your store; your posts are kept.
