CSV format + matching rules

The file

The template looks like this:

• The first row must be the header.
• The SKU column can be called SKU, product_code or code.
• The quantity column can be called Quantity or qty.
• Other columns are ignored.
• Up to 200 rows; the rest are skipped. Maximum file size 2 MB.

Saving from Excel or Google Sheets

Use File → Save As → CSV (Comma delimited) in Excel, or File → Download → CSV in Google Sheets. Excel files (.xlsx / .xls) are not read even though the page lets you pick them.

How products are matched

• By the product's SKU, ignoring capital and small letters.
• Only active products are matched.
• Variant SKUs (for a size or colour) are not matched — use the product's main SKU, or order variants from the product page.
• For a code that isn't found, up to three similar SKUs are suggested.
• If the same SKU appears twice, use one row with the total quantity to be safe.
