What is Bulk Cart?
Bulk Cart lets a buyer add many products to the cart in one go by uploading a spreadsheet (CSV file) of product codes (SKUs) and quantities, instead of opening each product page. It suits wholesale and B2B buyers, shops that restock regularly, and anyone ordering a long list.
The buyer uses the Bulk Order page on your store (/bulk-order) in three steps:
- Upload — download the template, fill in SKUs and quantities, and upload it.
- Preview — see which products were found, with price and stock, and which codes weren't. For codes that weren't found, CartWhizz suggests similar ones ("Did you mean?").
- Confirm — adjust quantities and click Add All to Cart.
The normal checkout then follows, with your usual prices, quantity discounts, GST, shipping and payment options.
Limits today
- Up to 200 rows per file and 2 MB.
- CSV files only. The page says Excel files (XLS, XLSX) are accepted, but they fail — buyers should save as CSV first.
- Matches the product's own SKU only. Variant SKUs (one size or colour) are not found.
- There is no box to paste a list of SKUs; it's a file upload only.
