- Excel files are accepted by the page but not read. Save as CSV.
- Variant SKUs are not found. Use the main product SKU or order variants on the product page.
- More than 200 rows — only the first 200 are used. Split big orders into several files.
- Out of stock products show in the preview; they can't be added unless the product allows pre-orders.
- Minimum or maximum quantity rules on a product refuse quantities outside them.
- Hidden or disabled products are not matched.
- Prices in the preview are estimates; the cart and checkout show the final price with discounts, GST and shipping.
- No desktop menu link is added automatically — add one in Navigation.
