Permissions & roles

• Searching and importing needs a staff account that can edit products (catalogue access). The store owner and administrators can.
• Entering the Google key needs access to Settings → Modules.
• Marketplace sellers do not get the Search Google button in their panel. They upload their own photos.
• Shoppers never see this tool.

Every search and import is logged with the staff member's name, so you can see who used your Google allowance.
