The order page
Click an order number to open it. The page is laid out so you can process an order without scrolling.
Header
At the top you see the order number, the date, and the current status. Two buttons sit on the right:
- Download PDF — the order document (invoice-style) as a PDF.
- More Actions — everything else: Print Order, Copy Order, Edit Order, Assign Manager, Contact Customer (and Contact Vendor on marketplace stores), Refund and Delete Order. Staff who can only view orders see the read-only actions.
Main column
- Order Items — each product with its options, SKU, quantity, unit price and line total, followed by Subtotal, Discount, Shipping, Tax and Total. Any coupon used shows as Coupon Code.
- Promotions — the discounts that were applied and why.
- Shipment Tracking — shipments created for the order, their carrier and tracking number (see Ship an order).
- Order Timeline — every status change, who made it and when.
- Internal Notes — notes only your team can see. Click Add Note to write one.
Side column
On a computer the side column stays in view while you scroll.
- Customer — the customer's name, email and phone, each with a copy button; the email and phone are clickable. The shipping address has Copy address and Open in Maps. If the billing address is the same, it says Same as shipping address instead of repeating it.
- Update Status — choose the next status and save (see Change the status and payment).
- Payment Details — payment method, payment status, transaction ID, and the Mark as Paid / Mark as Refunded buttons when they apply.
If the customer chose a delivery date, a delivery card shows it. Pickup orders show Pickup from with the collection buttons.
On a phone, the customer, status and payment cards come first, then the items.
Marketplace stores
An order with products from more than one seller shows Vendor Sub-Orders: the items are split into a separate sub-order per seller, and each seller ships their own part.
