The orders list: search, filter and bulk actions

Open Sales → Orders. Every order your store receives is listed here, newest first, with its number, customer, date, total, payment and status.

Find an order

  • Search orders... finds an order by its number, the customer's name or email.
  • All Statuses narrows the list to one status, for example Processing.
  • Filters opens more filters: Date From and Date To, Min Total and Max Total, Payment Method, Payment Status, Shipping Method, Country, State, City, Postal Code, Product (orders that contain a product), Assigned To and, on marketplace stores, Vendor. If you offer delivery dates, Delivery date filters by the date the customer chose.
  • Clear Filters resets everything.

Work on many orders at once

Tick the box next to each order (or Select all orders at the top). A bar shows how many are selected and offers:

  • Update Status — set every selected order to one status. You are asked to confirm, because customers may get an email about the change.
  • Print Orders — opens the order PDF for each selected order, ready to print.

Export

Export All opens the export page for orders, where you download them as a spreadsheet (CSV). See Import and export.

The Kanban board

View in Kanban shows orders as cards in columns, one column per status. Drag a card to another column to change its status. Choose which statuses get a column in Settings → Order Statuses (Show on Kanban board).

Tips

  • Open an order in a new tab with a middle-click or Ctrl/Cmd-click, so you keep your place in a filtered list.
  • A new store shows No orders yet until the first order arrives. Place a test order on your storefront to see the full flow.
