Create, copy and edit orders

Take a phone or WhatsApp order

1. Open Sales → Orders and click New Order.
2. Customer — choose Registered and search by name or email, or choose Guest and type the customer's email.
3. Products — search for each product and set the quantity. For products with sizes or colours, pick the variation.
4. Shipping — set the delivery address (or Same as billing address) and the shipping method.
5. Payment — choose how they will pay.
6. Coupon — apply a coupon code if they have one.
7. Notes — Customer Notes are visible to the customer; Admin Notes are for your team.
8. Check the Summary, choose the Initial Status and click Create Order.

Copy an order

Open an order and use More Actions → Copy Order. A new order opens with the same customer, products and address, ready to change. Useful for repeat orders.

Edit an order

More Actions → Edit Order lets you change the items, addresses, shipping, discount, tax, notes and tracking number. Click Save Changes when done.

Edit orders before they ship. If the total changes on an order that was already paid online, settle the difference with the customer yourself (for example with a payment link or a partial refund).
